If a parking deadline is close, check the signs and move your car when required. Do not wait for a support reply or another notification.
A reminder did not arrive
- Check the saved spot, curb side and move-by time in the app.
- In iPhone Settings → Notifications → Spark, allow notifications and review sound and Lock Screen settings.
- Review Focus and Scheduled Summary settings, which can silence or delay presentation. Keep the phone powered and the app up to date.
- Use a separate alarm when a deadline matters. Device settings and background scheduling can prevent an alert.
If it happens again, tell us the app/iOS version, the reminder time you expected, and what appeared instead. Avoid sending your exact current location unless it is needed to investigate.
The spot or curb side is wrong
Check the pin against your actual street and choose the correct side before saving. GPS and sign data can be inaccurate, especially around tall buildings. Auto-detect is a suggestion that you should check and confirm.
For a street-data issue, send the street or cross streets, the side of the street and the sign wording. Only send a photo if it is safe to take one; crop out faces, license plates and unrelated personal information. Official rules and signs take priority.
Widgets look out of date
Open Spark to check the current saved spot and subscription status. iOS controls widget refresh timing, so a widget can lag behind the app. Check the app and the curb before relying on the displayed time. Widget features shown in the launch preview require Pro.
Siri does not recognize a request
Check the Spark shortcuts available in Apple’s Shortcuts app and use the wording shown there for your installed version. Supported phrases can vary while the rebrand is being completed. Background requests may open the app for location access. Saving by voice is a Pro feature; street-cleaning answers are free.
Purchases, cancellation and refunds
Use Restore Purchases on Spark’s upgrade screen with the Apple Account that made the purchase. For cancellation, go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or account does not stop billing.
Cancel an Apple subscription · Request an Apple refund. Apple determines refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law. Do not email us payment card information.
Privacy, deletion and email
Use our account deletion guide for in-app steps and requests when you cannot sign in. For information access or corrections, see the privacy request instructions.
To withdraw a previous email-update request, email noticket.city@gmail.com from the address you used. This is separate from deleting an app account.
Still need a hand?
Email noticket.city@gmail.com with what you were trying to do, what happened, your app version and iOS version. A cropped screenshot can help. Never send passwords, verification codes or a full purchase receipt.
We do not offer emergency or real-time parking assistance, and cannot cancel or contest a city ticket for you.
